Avengers v1 #93, 1971 - In one of his longest stories to date, Neal Adams contributes to a Kree-Skrull War saga that would later be deemed a classic. Though his cover depicts a battle between the Avengers and the Fantastic Four, most of the story is dedicated to the Ant-Man. His miniature exploration of a comatose Vision is adeptly drawn, complete with inventive scenes of the android's artificial interiors. Adams' version of the FF is wanting, but is largely offset by a few superb scenes. Goliath's attack on a Skrull ship (page 33) and the Vision's arrival at Avengers HQ (see interior page below) are but two examples. This bronze age story was later reprinted in Kree-Skrull War #1.
